Cover Dissolver – Imaginative DM Product
The cover dissolver incorporates an ingenious device that will capture your customer’s imagination and deliver impressive direct mail success rates. As soon as you open the cover of this clever DM product the main picture changes. This also helps to create buzz marketing as customers tend to pass the piece to colleagues to show them the movement. It is this type of interaction that helps to create such good direct mail success rates.
Dissolving Picture – A DM Product with a changing picture
This is our original picture dissolver and it makes a terrific DM product. It is made up of a sleeve with an internal card that slides in and out making the cover photo change. The customer action and resulting visual impact are the main reasons why it generates such high direct mail success rates when used as a DM product. There are several marketing themes that are highly compatible with the dissolver, such as “before and after” themes. These are known to perform well in bringing very favourable direct mail success rates.
Double Dissolvers add something extra to DM products
The “big brother” of regular dissolvers, double dissolvers are supplied as 4-page items or as a single sleeve, but they have two pictures that dissolve rather than one, thus doubling its attraction as a DM product. The extra page is often printed as a reply card which only helps to improve the chances of pulling in good direct mail success rates.
Specifications for the Dissolvers DM products
The Dissolver DM products are available in three different types. The Cover Dissolve has a cover with a picture that dissolves as soon as it is opened. The standard size of the Cover Dissolve is 210 x 100mm, but is available for customizing. The Dissolving picture is a single card with a pull out sleeve that creates the dissolving action. The Dissolving Picture is available to custom print, but the standard sizes are the A6, the quarter A4 and the A5. The Double Dissolver is comparable to the Dissolving picture, but whilst the Dissolving Picture only has one picture, the Double Dissolve shows action on both sides of the card. The Double Dissolver is typically 215 x 105mm. These DM products are all printed in 4 color process on 350gsm silk art board.
