Specification for Gem-shaped pop-up mailers

The Gem-shaped creative pop-up products are available in four different shapes and sizes. The Diamond is madeup of ten triangular faces each measuring approximately 110 x 110 x 85mm. When flat, these pop-up mailers are 200 x 145mm. The Hexapop is madeup of twelve triangles each measuring 73 x 83 x 83mm. The Johnson 13 hasten triangular faces, each 90 x 90 x 90mm. When flat it measures approx 155 x 180mm. The Snowflake is made up of fourteen triangles, each approx 85 x 85 x 60mm and is 153 x 153mm when flat. All these creative pop-up products are supplied with a dimensional custom mailing pack. Both Gem-shaped pop-up mailer and mailing pack are printed in 4 color process on 500 micron box board.

Rubber bands do not retain their full elasticity if stored at full stretch. The rubber band in this product is at full stretch when the product is stored flat. We advise that you plan to distribute the product within days of its manufacture in order to get the most effective pop-up.
