Specification for the Gem shaped imprinted promotional products
The Gem-shaped imprinted promotional products are available in four different shapes and sizes. The Diamond containsten triangular faces that measure approximately 110 x 110 x 85mm. The Diamonds are 200 x 145mm when flat. The Hexapop hastwelve triangles that measure 73 x 83 x 83mm each. The Johnson 13 hasten triangular faces, each 90 x 90 x 90mm. When flat the Johnson 13 measures approximately 155 x 180mm. The Snowflakeis 153 x 153mm when flat, and has fourteen triangles that are approximately 85 x 85 x 60mm each. All these imprinted promotional products are supplied with a custom mailer. Both Gem shaped pop-up product and mailer are printed in 4 color process on 500 micron box board. The Gems are popped-up by an internal rubber band.
Rubber bands do not retain their full elasticity if stored at full stretch. The rubber band in this product is at full stretch when the product is stored flat. We advise that you plan to distribute the product within days of its manufacture in order to get the most effective pop-up.
