Specification for the Sideshooter automatic pop-ups
When these Sideshooter lumpy mailers are tucked away snugly in their envelopes they measure approximately 215 x 90 x 6mm. Once opened, they forcefully extend to approximately 500 x 85mm. We also offer a more compact version that sits in an A6 mailing pack. Both Sideshooter and envelope are tailor-made in 4 color process on 500micron box board, and the extending feature is brought about by an internal rubber band.
Rubber bands do not retain their full elasticity if stored at full stretch. The rubber band in this product is at full stretch when the product is stored flat. We advise that you plan to distribute the product within days of its manufacture in order to get the most effective pop-up.
