Many people don’t receive that much post these days which is partly why we find using direct mail so successful as there’s less competition. It also looks better than just sending an email.”
Following the renovation of their Reading centre, BE Offices were keen to invite business owners to come in and see the newly refurbished offices for themselves.
“Encouraging potential clients to come and see the newly refurbished facilities for themselves would really improve our chances of securing new contracts. We just needed a way of encouraging them through the front door.”
Having used generic letters for some time, BE Offices had been considering new, more engaging direct mail formats. This latest campaign seemed like a great opportunity to try them out.
“We’d been looking for new types of direct mail for a while. After doing a little research and planning, we decided using a pop-up mailer option would be great for us. We could design it to look like our newly refurbished office spaces and give the recipient a feel of the type of facilities now available to them.”
Pop up cards are supremely versatile. They can be printed and die cut to suit any kind of design for any kind of campaign. Offering an exciting pop up visual they encourage recipients to really look at the promotion in front of them. Folding neatly flat to A5 the fit neatly in C5 envelopes, this means they can be mailed cost effectively as a ‘UK Letter’.
“After sending the pop up cards out to our database we had a number of people come to our business centres with the mailer and ask for a viewing which was great!”
